DTF Transfer Policy

• All DTF Transfers are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued for user errors, including incorrect sizing, low-quality artwork, or improper file submission.

• Defective transfers will be replaced only if the defect is present upon arrival.

• Photo documentation of the defect is required for approval.

• Claims must be made immediately after delivery.

Artwork & File Requirements

✔ Recommended file format: PNG
✔ 300 DPI or Vector quality required
✔ Transparent background only

Important:
Failure to provide a transparent background will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.

Other formats such as AI or PDF may be accepted, but PNG files provide the best results and compatibility.

How to Upload Your Design

1. Select your desired quantity.

2. Click BROWSE above the ADD TO CART button.

3. Upload your artwork before completing checkout.

Production Time

⏱ 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) prior to shipping.

Important Printing Notes

• DO NOT mirror your artwork.
  Our system automatically mirrors the design—mirrored uploads will result in reversed prints.

• DTF transfers may arrive with powder residue or moisture due to the shipping process. This is normal and unavoidable.

• To remove moisture, place the transfer backside up under a heat press for 90 seconds.

• Store transfers in a cool, dry environment to prevent moisture buildup.
