All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, and we will communicate any delays as needed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Rush Shipping

If you need your order sooner, we offer Rush Shipping for $35.10. This ensures your order is prioritized and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Bentley & Clark Unlimited is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items so we can assist you.
